Our duties towards our clients begin right from the management of the turnover process, rent collections, property maintenance quarterly / half-yearly asset inspections, and utility management. Our clients would always be insulated from dealing with any complaints from the tenant directly; we would always be available to consult with our clients and address the issue for the tenant.
